Hotel accommodation for RD2025 is now open

NOTE: Travel award applicants should not register for hotel accommodations or the meeting until after the awards have been announced.

Based on its facilities and convenience for travel, we have selected the Clarion Congress Hotel in Prague, Czech Republic to host RD2025 The hotel will comfortably house all of RD2025 and Fast Track attendees and accompanying persons. The hotel is easily accessible by taxi, uber, or public transportation.

Deadline to register: June 13, 2025

Hotel packages for attendees cover meals and breaks during the meeting (lunch and dinner are not included on the excursion day). It is a single cost package for rooms and meals and allows attendees extensive networking opportunities.

Packages for accompanying persons does not include lunch or coffee breaks.

To register for hotel accommodations, choose the appropriate package using the links below. The options are available to thoes attending only the RD2025 Symposium or both the RD2025 Symposium and the BrightFocus Macular Fast Track.

The 6-day package should be booked by attendees participating in the BrightFocus Macular Fast Track pre-meeting on September 15, 2025 , and the RD2025 symposium on September 16 – 19, 2025
The 5-day package should be booked by attendees participating exclusively in the RD2025 Symposium on September 16-19 , 2025
Notice to registering a sharing a room. When registering to share a room with either another scientist or an accompanying person, please note that only 1 of you should complete the hotel registration. Use the special request field to add the name of the second person. The person registering will be required to provide a credit card guarantee when making a reservation through the hotel’s web link. No amount will be charged at the time of booking and no deposit is required.

Hotel cancellation Policy:

No cancellation fee will be charged to the participant if the reservation is cancelled within 90 days inclusive prior to the event. For cancellations between 89 and 30 days inclusive, a cancellation fee of 20 % of the total congress package price will be charged to the participant’s credit card. For cancellations between day 29 and the day of the event, the participant will be charged a 100 % cancellation fee.
