Registration for RD2025 is a Two-Step-Process:
Step ONE: Register for the meeting using the link ‘Meeting Registration’ below. You will be asked to select a tour option during registration, so look at the Excursion page to help make your selection. Excursion options
Step TWO: Register with the hotel via the tab ‘Hotel Registration’.
The registration fee covers the costs of the scientific sessions, networking events, excursion, and the proceedings book (a copy of which will be sent to each contributing corresponding author after the meeting), but not the costs for the hotel and meals. It is a requirement that ALL attendees MUST stay at the Clarion Congress in Prague to participate in the meeting. This facilitates and secures maximal scientific and social interactions – one of the most important aspects and hallmarks of the meeting.

After you have paid your registration fee, you will be provided a link to submit your abstract. You will also receive an email with the same link.
Fees are collected in US currency and major credit cards are accepted. A 5% credit card fee will be added to the final charge.

Registration Cancellation Policy:
Registrations can be canceled for a partial refund (- $100) until August 15, 2025. Cancellations after August 15, 2025, are not refundable, except under extenuating circumstances. This includes no shows and early departures.
NOTE: Cancellations of hotel conference packages follow the rules outlined on the hotel registration site. At 3 months prior to the meeting, 20% of the hotel package will be deducted from the credit card (and is not refundable).
